How it started

I read a study that suggests the Incline Bench Press can increase your upper chest growth compared while having similar results for your lower chest compared to the standard flat bench press. I started to make the incline bench press the focus of my chest day. The problem with my at home exercise bench is that the lowest incline position works my shoulders more than I want, I feel them taking over the exercise. I wanted an angle that would focus on my upper chest. I almost bought a $200 exercise bench when I thought "there has to be a better option". After searching online without finding a solution, I made one myself. I went to the hardware store, found some options, and after some trial and error, I created the InclinePro. Not only did this give me a better angle for the incline bench press, but I found I use it in almost every workout. The InclinePro can be used for chest supported rows, seated incline bicep curls, leg extensions, rear delt flys and more.
